Materials & Supplies Needed
- Print off the template below
- Colored pencils
- Blue felt
- Alternative: Use template
- Glue stick
- Elmer’s glue
- Scissors

Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality.
Directions
- Print out template and cut out items on second page.
- Using the glue stick, glue on face outline to Oswald’s head.
- Draw on eyes, nose and mouth.
- Use the blue shorts template to outline on blue felt then cut out.
- If you don’t have blue felt just use the template instead.
- Using Elmer’s glue, glue on shorts.
- Optional: Color yellow around Oswald and color “Oo”.
