Materials & Supplies Needed
- Print off the template below
- Glue stick
- Crayons (brown & green)
- Construction paper (light blue)
- Scissors
- Black marker (alternative option)

Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality.
Directions
- Print and cut out items from template.
- Color Groot using crayons. Add wavy lines to give a “root” look. Add grass and leaves wherever desired.
- Color Groot plant pot however you desire.
- Glue Groot onto light blue construction paper. Then glue on plant pot.
- Glue on headphones.
- Glue on eyes, eyebrows, and mouth onto Groot’s face.
- Alternative option: Use a black marker instead to draw on facial features.
- Glue music notes on around Groot.
- Alternative option: Use black marker.
