Christmas Tree with Sponges
Materials & Supplies Needed
- White paper (I prefer thicker paper than copy paper)
- 1-2 Sponges
- Paint; an assortment of colors
- Q-tips
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
Directions
- Cut the sponges into triangles. Use sponge scraps to cut out a little square for the tree trunk.
- Stamp the sponges into desired paint color then stamp onto white paper. Or if you’d like your tree to be more than one color, use a paintbrush to paint on a sponge and then stamp on paper.
- Use a square stamp to add a trunk to the tree.
- Using Q-tips decorate the tree.
- Use a paintbrush to add a star.
