Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality.

Directions

1. Print out template and cut out items on second page.
2. Using cape template outline, trace and cut out on black felt.
   • Repeat with purple dress.
   • Repeat with white collar.
3. Create face first.
   • Glue on eyes.
   • Using markers draw eyelashes, purple eye shadow, and eyebrows.
   • Using colored pencils draw on nose and lite pink for some blush on cheeks.
   • Set head aside for now.
4. Using Elmer’s glue, glue cape onto “Qq” paper.
5. Glue (Elmer’s) triangle with top point pointing down at the top of the cape.
6. Glue (Elmer’s) dress down covering point of the triangle.
7. Glue head on top of dress.
8. Using crown template outline, trace and cut out crown on gold glitter paper.
9. Glue crown on top of head.
10. Cut red piper cleaner into 2 pieces.
    • One piece about 2 inches to fit across waist.
    • Other piece about 3 to 4 inches and then fold in half.
11. Place folded pipe cleaner onto other pipe cleaner then using Elmer’s glue, glue down onto waist.
12. Optional: Color “Qq”.
