Materials & Supplies Needed
- Toilet paper roll (empty)
- Balloon
- Tape
- Construction paper: red, white & blue
- Glue
- Scissors
- Confetti
Directions
- Cut the top of the ballon for and tie the end.
- Then tape the cut part of the balloon around the toilet paper roll.
- Decorate the roll using the construction paper however you desire.
- Add confetti into the toilet paper roll.
- Hold the roll straight up and pull the tied end of the balloon.
- Celebrate!
