Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality. Then cut out all items on the second page.

Directions

1. Cut out eyes and mouth from the second page of the template.
2. Glue on eyes and mouth.
3. Using the blue marker draw on facial lines; chin, nose, eyelids and eye bags.
4. Cut white, light blue, and blue tissue paper into 1-inch squares.
5. Start with gluing the white tissue paper on the top of the head in a small flame figure. It’s best to use Elmer’s glue for this. You can either crumble the tissue paper into balls or pinch the middle of the tissue paper and pull the sides up.
6. Glue light blue tissue paper outlining white.
7. Glue blue tissue paper outlining light blue.
8. Optional – Color the “Hh.”
