Materials & Supplies Needed
- Print off the template below
- White card stock paper
- Glue stick
- Different shades of blue paint
- I used blue and added white to get lighter shades. Then added a little black for darker shades.
- Scissors

Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality.
Directions
- Print out template. Cut out any of the items you’d like to use for your craft.
- With your lightest shade of blue start by painting a small circle in the middle of your paper.
- Then paint the next shade of blue around your circle.
- Repeat this process going darker until the whole page is covered.
- Allow time for paint to dry.
- Glue on any pieces you’d like from the template or create some of your own.
