Download the template and print it on cardstock paper for the best quality.

Directions

1. Print out template. Cut out items from the second page.
2. Color background of “Uu” page if desired.
3. Glue on Ursula’s head near the bottom of page.
4. Glue on black eye pieces followed by white eye parts and teal eye shadow.
5. Then glue on lips and shell earings.
6. Using the white tissue paper pinch the middle of the square and brings all the sides up (looking like a flame).
   • Then using Elmer’s glue, glue white tissue paper on top of her head to form a mountain shape above head.
7. Repeat the same process with some gray tissue paper.
   • If you only have white tissue paper just continue using white tissue paper until you get your desired hair look.
8. Allow time to dry.
